"Very friendly, helpful front desk and other hotel staff. Great location next to 2 malls in Miraflores. Nice breakfast buffet, well worth the extra cost if not included in the hotel package. Clean, pleasant environment."

"Breakfast was great! Staff was friendly. Hotel shuttle driver waited for us holding a card with my name on it outside the airport. All worked well, despite the immigration took more than an hour. Very impressed with the hotel staff! Gracias!"

"The staff were overall a well mannered group and would help when we would need it. The pool was a bit more dirty than I expected as there were bugs on the top of the pool, but I would expect it as this place has a good amount of bugs. Our shower did not work unless you put the bath in the highest pressure. The amenities were great and helped a lot during our stay. The places around the hotel are nice and you’ll have a great selection of food choices around. Overall, I would say it was a pretty good stay."

"The room was cute! The floors were dirty when we got there but they eventually got cleaned. I also didn’t know that there would not be AC. There was only a fan in the room. Grounds were beautiful and well kept!"
