"During our 7 night trip we very much enjoyed our stay! The room was ample for our family of 4, having access to a washer/dryer was amazing, and the staff was always so nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with traditional Guatemalan offerings. Our housekeeper Aura was super sweet, and the hotels quiet location was a welcome respite as well. We will definitely be back soon!"

"We loved our three night stay at the Carmen Hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained each day. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and we enjoyed them outside with an amazing view of the volcanoes. The staff was helpful when we had questions; there was always someone at the front desk. Plus it is very close to the central plaza. I would definitely recommend staying here."
