great hotel

Stayed for a little over 2 weeks. The staff was extremely attentive and pleasant. I became very ill on my 2nd day and they called their on staff doctor to come to my room. After a day's rest I was much better but everyone from the front desk, room service, dining area all asked how I was feeling. The pool area is beautiful. The restaurants were very appealing and the food was great! If I ever find myself visiting Hyderabad again for business or pleasure I'll be sure to stay at The Trident again!

The O by Tamara is a beautiful property very close to the Lulu Mall. The entrance was beautiful and front desk very helpful. The rooms are immaculate and the bathroom facilities are very good. No bathtub but the shower was very nice. Food is excellent and I have to make special mention of Robin TS the F&B Manager who went out of his way to ensure that I have meal reservations each day to accommodate my busy meeting schedules. The local team at the hotel go out of their way to make your stay comfortable as they can. We stayed there 3 times is a space of 10 days. The local area around is very modern and clean with great western restaurants

I would certainly go here again, and recommend this hotel highly. The staff is very friendly and professional with a genuine propensity to help. The food was excellent. Deluxe room was decent size, and clean, but lacking a luxury feel, still a great value for the about you pay. Didn't get a chance to check out all other amenities, but decent WiFi and business center.

Excellent hotel and great service

There was nothing not to like about this property. Its location is superb and within walking distance of the domestic terminal. Its amenities are excellent and they include: high quality restaurants, excellent spa and gym facilities and superb lounge areas. More importantly, the staff are the best in the business. Great place to take a pit stop for a few hours before you board a long flight. Shower had great pressure and the room was comfy. Will use again.

I can recommend this hotel with no hesitation. Compared to hotels in other countries the average 4 or 5 star hotel in India has truly fantastic service and the rooms are great !

I recently stayed here and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and had enough space to relax properly. The bed was comfortable and the basic facilities were available as expected. I also found the staff to be polite and cooperative whenever I needed any assistance.
