"Perfect place if you're getting in late one night and departing early the next day. Easy to get to and from the Rome airport.
Room was very well set up for travelers -- plenty of places to drop your bags, pack/unpack/repack, etc. Would have been nice if the water in the room wasn't an additional charge, but so be it.
Restaurant staff was very nice, pricing was reasonable, food was OK. It's the only choice, but it was OK.
Price we were charged was higher than what was quoted, but not by much, so not worth the hassle to worry about it. Would stay here again."
"Stayed there for 1 night only for our travel out of Rome. Excellent location in a very vibrant neighborhood with a lot of trattorias nearby. Rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel staff were super nice and helpful. Would stay there again on my next trip to Rome, and hopefully for longer than 1 night."
"The family room layout and furniture worked well for our family of four. It had one king bed and two twin beds, plus a desk and a couple of chairs. The room had a wall AC unit that kept the room at a very comfortable temperature, but the unit itself was a bit noisy at times. I only had two complaints about the room. Firstly, the pillows were very flat and I found them uncomfortable, but that is personal preference. Second, while the room met our needs, I did expect it to be a bit nicer with the 4 star rating. The breakfast worked out well and the location of the hotel was convenient. We arrived in Rome by train and were able to walk to the hotel
from the Termini station. There is also an entrance to the metro line A right outside the door of the hotel. This is convenient for traveling to the area of Vatican City and other sites. We were able to walk to the Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps one afternoon (about 3.5 miles in total) and we also walked to the Colloseum. Overall, the hotel worked well for us, but my expectations of the room may have been a bit high."
"This hotel was fantastic. Very modern and well kept. The hotel didn't have AC our first night, so they upgraded our room, and offered a room nearby (at no charge) while they fixed the issue to make up for it.
The property is very clean, they have a great breakfast, lovely rooftop, and a spa (though I didn't use it)."
"Check in was a long wait in the sun. You take a ticket and wait, and wait. That really needs to be more efficient, especially since all information was already entered on the web portal. We are a family of 5 with young kids and we do a lot of RV camping at home so we felt hu Roma would be great, but it was lack luster. The pictures online of the cabins are of the new cabins, so we were disappointed in the old cabin we were placed in. There were ants crawling inside on the walls and even on the bathroom even toilet. And spiders hanging from the ceiling. The restaurant and market are great amenities but the restaurant is a little overpriced. But it's convenient after a long day of site seeing. A taxi to the Vatican Museum runs about $21 Euros in the morning. More in the afternoon to get back due to traffic."
