"I really Enjoyed the RIU Palace Montego Bay. Only issue i had was the confusion with shuttle transport. We contacted shuttle transport and were told transportation was not included through 3rd party booking. But later told it was so ended up paying for transportation. But overall good experience and a lot of events going on. "

"We stayed for 5 nights and 6 days and S Hotel doesn't owe us NOTHING! This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. I am a germaphobe and wipe any room I stay in down with Clorox. I don't have any expectations floors are clean but there was a spot on the floor and I wiped it with my wipes and the floors were clean. I could not believe it so for me, that was a win. The staff was superb! The breakfast and lunch was Chef's kiss daily. The eggs were soft scrambled with real eggs and everything was fresh. Even if you are picky there was something for you. We were very comfortable with spending the day at the resort and not ever leaving. It was nice and quaint and the waitstaff needs to be the example of exemplary customer service. The vibe was so mild I never felt any negative tolls. This was our first time in Montego Bay and this is where we will always stay for our future returns. If there are any negative reviews, don't believe them because that was their personal issue. Call us we will tell you they lied."

the destination services transportation was not good- they never confirmed our pick up back to the airport despite it was paid for, and we had to get a cab to go back to the airport. This is not related to the property as they do offer their own cabs
But this transportation service was offered by Orbitz and there is no other place for me to leave this comment. "
"The scenery was amazing, drinks spectacular, the food spread at every meal was amazing. The room was cleaned daily, staff everywhere was friendly and helpful. It was a fun place to visit but more so very peaceful. I’ll definitely be returning again."
"I recently had a 5 day, 4 night stay. I stayed there with my wife, son and mother in law. We stayed in 1 club room 5th floor, double beds with a terrace. The room was nice. Bed mattress was okay. I felt could have been better. The terrace and the view, loved it. The bathroom had some room. Multiple family members were able to use it at one time.
As far as restaurants, you have to make an appointment except for the buffett which is at Choicez. The day we arrived, around 2-3pm, there were no dinner appointments left. Some reservations need to set aside for those that arrive on day off. I felt a bit cheated. We only had opportunity to eat at 2 restaurants in 4 nights. I was not happy with that. The entertainment is "family " friendly on Ziva side, the side I was staying on. Zilara is the adult side. I was told we had access to that side as an adult but didn't take advantage of it. Maybe next time. All in all we had a great trip!"
