" Clean room. Only gripe was the temperature in the room. Even with turning down the degrees the room was almost unbearably hot. Luckily we were able to crack open the window in the middle of the night. "
"I like the convenience of having a shuttle go to & from airport all terminals. Also, you don’t have to schedule anything. Just wait in line for the shuttle. The rooms were very clean. Absolutely no noise after 10pm. So quiet. I was on the 6th floor. Breakfast was pretty good. Line was long in all directions but moved at a good pace. Will return again. Last thing. They have a small 7-11 shop inside the hotel. I stayed at the Honkan side. Shuttle bus go to both hotels. They’re next to each other. Nice setup."
"great staff, very friendly and great English, always greet you as you went though the lobby and were great practice for learning greetings in Japanese, the location as perfect for trains, food and other goods, central to Shibuya, Akihabara, Ginza, Shinjuku and many other places to explore. I would 100% stay here again on my next trip"
"Laundry was very nice. Rooms were very small. It would have been nice to order à la carte from
Sizzler if you didn’t want buffet. Congierge was helpful. Location was fantastic. Cabs were good. "
