"Fantastic stay. Great location that is easy to get around from. Walking distance to Myeongdong which was great because it’s where we kept wanting to go back to. Clean room, great amenities, attentive and kind staff. Water pressure in the shower was great!! Would stay here again. "
"Room was small but is good for solo travel. Had to call staff for room cleanup once during the stay as it seem to have been missed. In a busy area with lots of shops and restaurants."
"Liked my stay at Lotte City Hotel especially it is near the subway station. If there is one thing i will not forget, it is the staff ( especially the concierge who were always smiling and happy to get me a taxi/uber) And a 7-11 that is connected to the hotel helps a lot.I wish breakfast was part of the hotel stay but it does not change my opinion that i will stay here again if i go back to Seoul."
