"Location was great really close to V&A waterfront staff were very friendly & helpful. Food at hotel & breakfast was good plenty of choice. Outdoor area on 2nd floor was good.
Only recommendadtion would be to have an outside seating area on ground floor would be ideal."
"Although the hotel appears dark and dated it is very functional for overnight stay close to the airport. Rooms are large , clean and very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower is amazing. Would stay again. "
"We recently stayed 5 nights at this beautiful hotel in the heart of the City and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out we were treated like royalty and every whim was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Our beautiful rooms had excellent views of Table Mountain and two restaurants on site offered excellent food options, with the Bombay Brasserie a must visit. The bar too is an excellent place to unwind after a long day. I can’t say enough about the staff …..everyone from the front desk, concierge, doormen, bar & restaurant staff always had smiles on their faces and were eager to please. We have stayed here before and will certainly do so again. "
"The room shown on the app isn’t what we get, literally a downgrade. The noise was unbearable slept at 2pm because guests had a party (more than 10pm), reception refused to deal with it. The staff train in the gym area while guest use the pool or have to go change for the spa. Those guys would stop and stare . Never going back to that place. "
