I had a terrible experience here. My Bose earphones were stolen from my room, and they were not left out in the open — they were buried inside my fanny pack, which was inside my duffel bag. Someone clearly went through my personal belongings.
I also found my things shuffled around in a way that made it obvious my bag had been opened. That is a massive violation of privacy and a serious security issue.
The hotel’s handling of the matter only made things worse. Instead of taking real accountability, the response felt slow, evasive, and dismissive.
Based on my experience, I do not trust the safety of personal belongings in this hotel. I would absolutely not recommend staying here."

"I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the food was absolutely delicious. The only challenge I encountered was the speed humps from the gate to the reception. Since I was driving a very low car, it kept scraping on the humps."
