"Hotel is beautiful. Some staff are friendlier than others. It was a little ways to walk to the pool, but shuttle is available between certain times. We didn’t try any restaurants. We used readily available taxi’s, so can’t comment on how the shuttles operated. It was a pleasant stay. "
"Stayed 1 night here as I transit in Taipei, figured out that I would want a near airport type of hotel. Choice here as its near with half hourly shuttle bus running early morning. Everything was fine. Reception staff is exceptional and thoughtful. Room wise, I am surprised to still have the very old school hair dryer. Bathroom not fully enclosed is kinda weird but nevermind. Overall no major complain."

"The property maintained a classy look and is very comfortable. The pool located on the rooftop is magnificent and offers a great view of the Taipei 101 tower. One thing of note is they have stopped providing disposable goods such as cotton rounds/toothbrushes/cotton swabs so plan to bring your own."
