"Our room was clean and the staff was great. Casa Nonna was excellent. BLT was good. The sushi bar/restaurant was very disappointing. The quality was mediocre and the fish did not seem fresh. "
"Our family stayed here for spring break. It was perfect. Loved the location, the room was beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. This was my second time staying at this resort and I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you for a fabulous week!"

10/10 Excellent
"Clean, friendly, local. Close to airport. Close enough to get a local experience, food, entertainment. You need a taxi or rental to get to the tourists stuff. "
"This is a smaller property, but the layout is very well thought out to make it feel bigger (you keep finding hidden corners). Staff is super helpful and friendly. You can walk downtown or use the free e-bikes they have to get there even faster.
While the hotel is not directly on the beach, it is a very short walk (hint: cut through the parking lot, it's super close!)
In summary, hotel is great!
As for Turks and Caicos, I would not choose this island as a Caribbean destination... Prices are ridiculously expensive, and it is crowded with cars and people. The beach is nice but can get choppy at times. There are better Caribbean destinations!"
