The location is excellent-it was less crowded on the beach, less development in the area and great area to walk and explore beaches in the undeveloped area. The staff were very helpful and courteous, especially the house keeper. The condo was old and needs updating. There were things in the condo that did not work like the dishwasher and hairdryer. And the shampoo and conditioner was terrible. The drapes were very difficult to open; it was a daily battle to open and close them.

The unit was spotless, had everything we needed and the staff was friendly and attentive. Loved it all. Even the landscaping was neat and trim. Everything in our unit was provided. Everything we wanted and expected from our Turks and Caicos vacation. Appreciated all the staff, everyone was welcoming and courteous. Loved our room and the kitchen, and the balcony with the ocean view was perfect for a relaxing breakfast or a drink. The food in the beachfront restaurant was pretty good, we tried the breakfast, lunch and dinner there. Also, the shuttle to the Ocean Club West was very convenient to get to the center.
