"Swimming pool closed - one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. Bed uncomfortable, plus sheets didn’t fit properly. Some items in the bedroom were broken. Some of the reception staff were not hugely friendly. Breakfast was good and the staff in there were very friendly. Satellite tv channels was also a bonus"
