"This is a very nice budget hotel not far from the airport. The property is spread across several houses with amazingly well-kept grounds full of roses. The staff is extremely helpful. They offer a free shuttle from the airport and were able to pick me up in the middle of the night. Their coffee is so amazing! The room and the bathroom is well-appointed and clean. I would stay there again."

"I had a very disappointing experience at Deluxe Hotel Yerevan. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. The hotel felt very cheap and located in a poor area. There was no elevator, which made carrying luggage difficult.
They were also irresponsible about receiving packages — they refused to help with a package that arrived after checkout. Breakfast was weak and very limited, and the coffee was honestly terrible.
Definitely not worth the experience I had, and I would not recommend this hotel."

"During my stay at Hilton Yerevan, I had a very disappointing experience.
At the spa, the massage therapist asked me to remove my gold necklace. I placed it on the side table as instructed but unfortunately forgot to take it after the session. I reported the issue immediately and followed up multiple times.
While the hotel initially responded that they were investigating, they completely stopped replying afterward. No update, no closure, no responsibility.
This level of poor communication and lack of accountability is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.
I strongly advise guests to be extremely careful with their belongings, especially in shared areas like the spa. Do not rely on the hotel to properly follow up on such incidents.
