City Palace Hotel
4/10 Poor
"No TV, no fridge, no microwave. Elevator would get stuck between levels commonly. Elevator buttons don’t stay in the wall. Rooms are mostly clean but bathrooms are outdated with old toilet that sometimes doesn’t flush. Hair is always found on the towels which are also dirty. Carpet also seems like it was never vacuumed. There were a couple of dead bugs. Keycards for the hotel room doors will randomly stop working. Staff is mostly friendly. Lobby and lobby bar is clean. Breakfast has decent variety."
"Stayed one night before leaving Uzbekistan. The hotel is so new Yandex drivers do not know how to enter. Still no restaurant at the hotel. Swimming pool was fantastic."
"This property’s location was ideal, just 10 minute walk from Regastan Square. The breakfast was solid, but scrambled eggs would have been nice. Still, the free breakfast was a nice touch. Finally, the guys at the front desk were very helpful."
"The hospitality was top notch. Concierge staff were very welcoming and helped plan our day's itinerary.
The quality of in-room dining was great too.

"This is a charming place in the center of Bukhara's old town. It is beautiful and I loved the courtyard a lot.
I loved my room and it's decoration- but unfortunately no connectivity. Unless I was standing right at the door, I did not get any WiFi signal or regular phone signal, which was very inconvenient. I only stayed there one night, but i would have asked to changed my room with better signal reception if I was staying longer.
Staff were helpful; they helped me with luggage and also help me get a Yandex ride when I was not finding any driver at 4:30am. Thanks for the hospitality!"
