"The pool wasn’t as clean as id like to see it when spending so much money. On two separate occasions there was a questionable substance floating in the pool and around the pool swim up bar. Might’ve been throw up but it was definitely unsanitary leaving me and my family feel underwhelmed. "
"Everything was great. The bell guys were extremely kind. I cant remember the guys name, but he was a light skinned, black guy, he seems to work in the afternoon. He worked on Friday and Saturday afternoon. He was extremely helpful and kind. Also, Shavon at the restaurant outside was extremely kind. Oh yeah, also the check in guy, he was helpful and knowledgeable. He worked Friday at roughly 3pm - I cant remember his name. The property was also very well maintained. "
