"very centrally located in district 1 near Benh Thanh market and many places to eat, get foot and body massage, shopping. however the rooms are a bit spartan and smallish, at least my room was, not romantic, but died the trick of having a. comfortable bed and a strong streaming shower. the complimentary breakfast is ok. if you are looking for a budget place to sleep, this is a decent place. depends on what side of the building you are, you will hear the pickleball court early morning"

"Staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. We arrived and the driver dropped us across the street. The doorman rushed over and helped us across. He was there everyday and always welcomed us warmly. The breakfast was very nice and fresh. Very close to Ben Thanh markets but make sure that you check out the Ben Nhy food court/market around the corner. It is by far the best place to eat at in the area."

"This is the 2nd time I stayed here. The reason is not because of the facility but for it's location and convenience. Also, I already know the quality of the stay so do not want to risk for another place that could be a trap. Room condition is different from the pictures displayed on the website. The staff is wonderful and accommodating- Receptionist Phuong is extremely helpful and friendly- with a very nice breakfast from 6:30 am to 9:30 am the suits everyone’s taste buds- make sure you book your next stay at A&EM Petit Hotel "

"The hotel is in a great location. Just a short walk to Ben Thanh Market and Dong Khoi Street. There is also a large bus stop right in front of the hotel. Building is old but has been beautifully renovated. Staff is very attentive and helpful. breakfast buffet on the G flr. has a wide variety of items and is very tasty, so it is a must-try."

"This The One Hotel is an older building compare to other The One Hotel. This hotel is located on Ly Tu Trong and right below is a massage store and at night there's 1 or 2 restaurants that have many tables and chairs on the sidewalk right in front of the hotel. Some people may like that, some may not. Hotel is Okay but older."
