Very clean, old style look, rooms were not modern, but comfortable. Location was very good.

I can't overstate who wonderful the staff was from the beginning of our stay to the end. They had great advise on Granada's attractions and cuisine. Our room was very nice with a great balcony. My thanks again to the staff who made my trip to Granada such an enjoyable experience.

Very friendly staff, spacious room and a great hotel. Not that close to the Alhambra but we enjoyed the walk through the streets as we were getting to and from it.

Convenience to Alhambra, old neighborhoods of Granada, dining and shopping options was outstanding. Hotel has lots of character and is nicely updated to include all amenities one would expect in a modern hotel. Overall a fantastic stay, better than anticipated! Only downsides are that parking is limited and quite tricky (though hotel staff is very helpful in this regard) and the breakfast buffet is very limited especially for the cost (15 Euros, I believe). We had a great time in Granada and the apartment was wonderful. It was close to everything we wanted to see and very easy to get to. The neighborhood was beautiful and the apartment was very clean, spacious, and charming.

Great location inside the Alhambra walls. No parking at the hotel, but discounted at the Alhambra parking lot. Very nice courtyard for drinks and light meals. Internet worked well. Cannot overstate the convenience of the location inside the Alhambra. Minibus to the downtown nearby. NOTE: reserve Alhambra tickets as FAR in advance as possible.

Stayed for 1 night. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

Set in a busy but quiet nook of the city, check-in and out went as expected with friendly staff, great breakfast at a reasonable price, and a clean and quiet room. We appreciated the elevator. Be ready to haul your luggage up a flight of stairs to enter. We really liked it!

We stayed here while at a conference at the conference center downtown. Nice walk to the conference of about 15 minutes. The hotel was charming, beds were comfortable. We were able to eat breakfast there only one of the days due to needing to be at the conference center so early, but the breakfast was lovely and served on the upstairs terrace, from which there was also a great view of the sunset.
