The front of house staff were fantastic, the driver on the expensive 4x4 transfer from Mezougah to the tent was not so friendly but nor was he rude or unpleasant so those are the reasons for our rating"

The whole experience was 1st class, the greeting, the quality of the rooms, the food was fantastic with the chicken tagine being the best meal we have had so far in Morroco and the breakfast was incredibly generous.
