"I had a great stay at Kimpton EPIC Hotel Miami. The location is excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant. I would especially like to highlight Hazel for her outstanding service. She was extremely friendly, patient, and professional throughout my stay, always willing to help and making me feel truly welcomed. "terrible noise , wifi cannot work . asked staff to help to fix the wifi but they didn't want to help. didn't clear the room and even didn't change the towels"
