Room was nice but very small for 3 people. The family apartment we booked had a broken air conditioner and it was very hot so we were moved to a one room apartment with bed moved in.

Puro Dao is one of my best hotel and spa experiences. To start with the location; It is located in the outskirts of a charming village in the countryside. Everything about this hotel is top-notch. The room was spacious and comfortable. It's in a lovely rural setting that immediately makes you sigh a huge, "Ahhhhhhh". The bed and pillows were perfectly comfortable. The staff was friendly, gracious and professional. All the food was delicious, we were blown away by their homemade cheeses!
Beautiful hotel in amazing surroundings. Serra de Estrela is absolutely gorgeous! Would love to go back. Their jacuzzi was out of order and their spa pool has only one waterfall working, hence the 4 stars on the condition.
Breakfast is quite good. One of our dinners was superb, the second dinner was so so. Service was nice. All in all I would consider staying there again. You can’t beat the location.
One of my favorite places in the world. A beautiful property above the clouds with untouchable views. The staff are incredibly friendly, the food is top notch, and the rooms are all uniquely beautiful and well appointed. Can't wait to return for a third time!

This out-of-the-way resort is so worth the drive. It is a beautiful property located in the mountains of Portugal. The facilities were amazing, the food delicious and the views were stunning!
We loved everything about this place. So much host and then also modern. The people are so nice and supportive. The location is great. Don’t forget to stop in the local restaurant. You will be surprised about the high end food. And the local store has lots of goodies.
Very nice property and well kept. Really enjoyed it. Shame it didn't have a Restaurant on-site, which means that one has to plan to go somewhere to get a meal.
