"We really liked the outside with the fire pit!"

"Airport shuttle drivers are great… people telling you where to go to get the shuttle not so great. Hotel lobby is the best thing there, the halls are dark & feel dirty. Rooms were good, nothing special. 2 restaurants are a bit misleading. A bar with food service, limited seating. & a breakfast ( which was still closed due to early flight) Pretty expensive but it is expected since it’s Phoenix & next to hotel. "

"It’s very very bad and I did not choose to stay that night. I booked it with Expedia and when I arrived I waited for so long because the reception cannot find the booking for the family before me. I got the room card then found the room so dirty and with the bad lock, without basic safety how could you stay there? The front desk offered to change room but I refused and contacted Expedia for refund, but hotel refused to do refund."

"We loved our stay here. The rooms were clean and even included a full kitchen. The staff was very friendly, the pool area was a nice relaxing spot to hang out, and they have a small gym. There is no breakfast but they have a lot of free snacks and drinks. "

"The rooms are a little dated and there is no A/C, or at least not that a guest can turn on. The biggest drawback is the parking situation. They say there is nearby parking in a garage that costs $20/day. But that maybe if you don’t ever take it out and come back. I spent over $50 in parking fees."
