Lovely modern room in restored old building. Staff were helpful, and both dinner and breakfast in the pub were great.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice and pleasant room and beds. Great location - only about a 10-minute walk to either of the two train/London Overground stations. Felt safe overall walking back to the hotel even at night - for a family with two children. The fast National Rail train takes only 15-20 minutes to get to London-Euston station from Watford Junction.

The perfect hotel for your Stansted travels - walking distance to the terminals.

Great location, five minutes from Southgate train station/ bus stop. Amazing food in walking distance (Ella’s bakery and Izabella were standouts) quieter and cheaper than central London but not too far of a train ride into the city.

We have been staying with this hotel for 9 years...we will always be patrons. The food is fantastic...parking is great....it's quiet and peaceful. The place is a blast from English heritage..we love ❤️ it.

I just was there 5 nights and literally every member of staff was so incredibly helpful and kind to us. We are very high maintenance guests and I know it. My daughter has special needs so it is necessary but no one made us feel badly for all I had to request and in fact made me feel like a friend. You’ve got an amazing staff. From housekeeping who just jumped in to help me without even needing to ask, every member of the front desk were amazing and helpful, the breakfast was amazing every day,...

West Lodge Park is exactly how I would imagine England to look--there are gorgeous, big fragrant roses--no doubt, very old stock--which surround a flagstone terrace and orangery where one may sit and look out over the beautiful trees while enjoying a pot of tea and enjoying English cheeses--It is, for me, a piece of heaven on this earth!
