we based our stay from the five star reviews for this hotel. The location was fantastic with the on-site restaurant that was equally fantastic. The WhatsApp concierge was extremely responsive for all the questions we had. The location is about a five minute walk to Villa d'Este. Walkable area. Even with extreme temperatures in August, we felt comfortable going back to a cool room for an afternoon siesta and to sit out the hottest part of the day.

Fillippo was the most gracious host. He helped with dinner reservations, walked me to the restaurant, and took me to the train station to catch my very early departure. The rooms were incredibly clean and he is passionate about his B&B. Knows the town well and loves the people. He helps you feel pampered and a like a local insider.

We received very personal attention during our stay. The staff had sent me an email requesting what time we were going to arrive but since I didn't have a signal I was not able to respond. Even though we arrived late we were welcomed very warmly by the staff. They also prepared us dinner upon arrival.
Great hotel for a visit to the Villa D’Este and Hadrian’s Villa. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was very good, and the staff were helpful and friendly. We found parking on the street right outside the hotel. It has very pretty garden terraces with a view over the valley. I’d definitely recommend it!!
