"Pros: convenient location, lots of places to eat nearby, right off I-5, comfy beds, lots of free parking and friendly staff, lots of hot water. Cons: the water pressure in the shower is the worse, you're practically standing up against the wall to get dribbles of water, AC tends to knock on and off throughout the night making the room temperature inconsistent. "

"This is a delightful inn near SDSU campus. Spacious room, comfortable bed and a continental breakfast all at a very reasonable price. "

"The main thing this faciltiy had going for it was its cleanliness. Clearly, the owner cares very little about the facility or assumes certain things about the clientele. I went few hours ahead of check-in yesterday to see if I could leave perishable item there rather than in my car since was a very hot day. No. I asked if I could use the toilet. No. (A customer directed me to McDonald's next door.) When I checked in later in the early evening, I saw there were no towels in the room so I had to return to front desk for them. A first in my over 50 years of traveling all over the world! This morning I saw there was no garbage bin so I took the trash with me and there were tears in the furniture. Like I said, the only good thing was cleanliness and only need I had was one overnight sleeping accommodation. Phew!"

"The room was dirty. I never received room service to provide more towels or empty the trash for the entire 4 days we stayed. The location is not in a great area, which I understand I get what I pay for but there was people constantly getting high or blasting music making it hard to sleep. Only positive was it is located close to the freeway and several fast food locations. "

"Not a good area. Homeless and prostitution outside the area. The room had roaches. The mattress had springs sticking out. Room was supposed to have a microwave but there was none. We had to move from the room but it was not much better. Our 10 year old was bitten in the face by a bug in the room. The room smelled like cigarettes and muggy. Will not stay there ever again."
