"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable—there was grease covering the stove, and food residue throughout the cabinets, which immediately raised concerns about basic sanitation standards. Additionally, there appeared to have been a recent fire. Several rooms were under construction and only blocked off with tape, which did not feel safe or professionally managed. Another ongoing issue was with the room keys. They repeatedly stopped working, especially after coming into contact with a phone or key fob, forcing multiple trips to the front desk just to regain access. Overall, this stay fell far below expectations in terms of cleanliness, safety, and basic functionality. I would not recommend this property until significant improvements are made."

"Good location for our family and friends. Cook to order breakfast and dinner Monday thru Friday, weekends buffet with omelette station with all the great ingredients! Similar price to nearby Hampton Inn but a whole lot better. Clean and quiet rooms."

"We booked the "Two doubles suite kitchen," which fit our family of five very well - a huge kitchen and living space (with fold-out couch) that was entirely separate from the bedroom. Families definitely stay at this hotel - the pool was crowded each night and was not too big (it also had no real shallow end where my 5-yr-old could stand). But overall the stay was good, the room large, and the breakfast a good mix of hot (waffles, eggs, sausage) along with toast, bagels, cereals, and fruit."

"This place is a dump. Plugs didn't work, bathroom was filthy, the A/C only cools one room but has 2 other non-operational thermostats. The inroom coffee did work in the coffee pot. 2003 TVs...just drive to St. Charles and avoid this dump."
