"The hotel is situated near Venezia Mestre station (approximately 6-9 min walk). Nearby is an Italian bakery with exceptional chocolate dipped cookies. The bed was less firm than preferred but still, it was doable for the short duration of my stay (3 days). Very clean bathroom with window with supply of body wash with no shampoo provided so please bring your own. Room was spacious but remained slightly on the dark side despite the turn out of all lights in room; perhaps this is intentional given their mission of being eco-friendly. Location was ideal with a short train ride into Venice main island (about an 11 minute ride from Venezia Mestre station to Venezia Santa Lucia). Overall, had a good experience at hotel."

"The location was ideal for catching the train into Venice and the total and staff were very helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was amazing and ideal because the area didn’t have very many eating options. Would highly recommend staying here and especially if you’re catching a cruise, the transportation was ideal!"

"Great place to stay outside the craziness of Venice. Regional train located 10min walk. Little over 20 minutes to Venice. Few restaurants close by and a mall. Staff were great"

"I checked in at 12am and checked out 12:30pm . The photos used in the site is a lie. It is not an accessible hotel as advertised. It smelled and the staff was demeaning and clearly aware they are lying to the public. No refunds was given and they have been reported to the health and tourism bureau."

"Average dated hotel was clean enough to stay in and the breakfast was ok the coffee came out bad like water but would choose a more modern up to date hotel if we visit again"

"It was fun, overall. The positives definitely outweighed the negatives. The worst thing I could say was that the parking situation was strange and confusing. We had to park in a garage of a supermarket and walk with our suitcases through the store’s elevator and walk to the square where the hotel office was located. Also, the bed was rock-hard. It was like sleeping on a table. If these are the worst things I could say, then I’d say it was worth it. It was clean and really cool staying among the shops of the city’s center. It felt like we were part of the attraction. Plus the desk-staff was very helpful and escorted us to the apartment above the shops. If you’re adventurous enough to navigate the parking challenge, it’s well-worth it."
