"I’m not sure where these positive reviews are coming from. 1st off, I know what I’m paying for here, not like I’m out of touch extracting a 5 star hotel at a 2 star price. Hotel common are find, and look maintained. However, the moment you hit the elevator there is an overwhelming scent through the entire hotel. Others have described it as fresh, I’d say either either pest control or mold control disguised as a ‘fresh scent’ it’s overwhelming and sticks in your throat. The room carpet is disgusting. Stained and crusty. My shoes did not come off. Found a roach ( albeit small one in the bathroom) Overall, it was pretty bad. "

"I need to preface this with the fact that I am not a picky person. I am all for crashing in a hotel without all the bells and whistles if I can save a little money. However, this hotel was horrible. I called prior to arrival to request an airport shuttle at 3:30am. I was told it was not an issue and to let them know at check in. Well, we arrived at 9:30pm and there wasn’t anyone to check us in. Then once they did come to check us in, they stated the shuttle was booked at our requested time so we’d have to go an hour earlier…2:45am…with two small kids and an infant. Ok. Fine. Next issue, I received a text message prior to arrival that said if I needed anything to respond to the text. I responded that I would need a crib. They replied that it wouldn’t be a problem. Upon arrival, I asked for the crib and was told they’d bring it up. We took our three kids to our room. On our way, a massive cockroach ran across the hall. Gross. By 10:30 we still hadn’t received the crib. Mind you I have to get up at 2:15. I called down and they said they were busy. I explained that I can’t go to bed until we get the crib. They said they’d send it up. They sent up a rollaway bed and said sorry we don’t have any cribs. What?!?! I absolutely will never stay at another Ramada in my life. "

"Outside can be kept in better shape, green areas for example, other than that good place to stay"

"Small roaches in the room. Sheets were slightly dirty on the outside. Overall condition was rough. Would not stay here again. "

"No luggage carts are available. There was a construction in front of the elevator on the 2nd floor and we were suggested to use the stairs and carry our luggage, though i'm walking impared. Eventually, we were given a room on the 3rd floor. The corridor was very dirty with a lot of debris. After breakfast, we told front desk that we will be leaving in 20 minutes. They told us to stop by to check out when we would leave. This resulted in carrying luggage back and forth on the 1st floor. On a positive side, the breakfast was excellent."

"The room is clean my sheets and pillows smelled like they came fresh out the dryer. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was a great good to go with muffins sausage, egg and cheese biscuits, chocolate milk, and orange juice along with fruits and yogurt. For the price it’s a great deal. Yes the furniture is a little outdated and the property itself is a little outdated but for the price is definitely well worth it clean. I didn’t see any bugs. No one was rude. It didn’t come off as a dangerous area. I felt safe walking nearby to local restaurants easy to hop on a bus for $1.25 to get downtown. And I have to say overall for the price they are actually pretty decent and I will stay again."
