"The amsterdam castle is uniquely decorated and steeped in history. Vety helpful staff and so friendly. Stars Cafe a local diner was great for breakfast or lunch. The ambiance and welcoming vibe had us stop again after leaving lake George We will stop again at the hotel if we are able. "

"I got a great price on this just due to the day/market price... Normally I'm in some lower star hotels so I may be easily impressed, but really, it's a great hotel. The staff was polite and everything was very clean and comfortable, communicative as well. Rec room and pool were crazy to have access to, so if you need to keep up with fitness, they keep these nice, too. Thank you to the staff for such a pleasant hotel experience on all sides."
