"The room was spotless and with many ammenities. The location was excellent for our travel plans. The breakfast was great and the cleaning staff was very helpful. The only drawbacks were the snow was not cleaned from the parking lot and we had trouble getting our car out and the staff in the lobby that were paying too much attention to their cell phones. Other than that, excellent! Red Robin restaurant is amazing."

The front desk staff was welcoming, warm, and genuinely friendly, which made check-in a pleasure. I absolutely loved the room. It was beautifully decorated, very clean and truly felt like New York luxury—stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The bar was cozy and inviting, and the mocktails were surprisingly excellent. Overall, this was a 10/10 stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Belleclaire to anyone visiting NYC and wanting to stay on the Upper West side. "
