"New ownership just took over and is changing and addressing the issues. Clean room - great price - easy to stay - friendly - things work - prior issues have been addressed. I stayed one night to evaluate. Then stayed another. Then another. I’ll be staying here when coming to Hot Springs monthly."

"The room was dirty. The towels had blood and dirt on them, so they definitely didn’t clean it. The carpets were nasty and it smelled. This is the second Ramada that has been horrible. Will definitely never stay at another Ramada. They don’t care."

"Plan on eating breakfast in town if you stay here , it's a mad dash, one hot section with eggs and bacon that runs out every 5 minutes with people running to get seconds or thirds and filling the plate up to the max . Not the end of the world but maybe need to have someone monitor and say woah woah hey buddy that's your third plate of bacon let some other folk eat haha"

"From check in to check out, our stay was 5 stars. Curtis who welcomed us was very welcoming as were all staff. Our tent was clean, equipped with all we needed and had gorgeous views all around. We had a clear view of Mt. Rushmore on our porch. The meals we had from their onsite restaurant were very good. We enjoyed our total glamping experience here. Highly recommend!"
