"Our room was spotless, cleaner than many 5 star resorts I’ve been to. Location is perfect, nice and central. My only complaint, good luck getting a chair at the pool if you aren’t up at 6am, the chair hoarding is brutal."

"Beautiful pool to cool off in the afternoons. The staff so very friendly and accommodating. The suite was wonderful, amazing view. The food was very good. Pretty Thai inspired spa. Good 2 hour massage. Friday night they had a sax player and a free fire show. Can sit in many places for food and drink. Excellent location. Will return for sure."

"Just returned from 11 days at the resort and it could not have been much better. The staff were all fantastic! We had a great time durning the day with Francisco and Jose at the upper bar/restaurant and the evening staff with Ixtel and Eric were always there to make sure we were looked after!! Chester from the kitchen made sure we were always fed :) The housekeeping staff were amazing, our room was spotless every day and the bar fridge and water were refilled. The folded towel animals on the bed with the chocolates were a great added touch. The pool was spotless as was the entire pools area and everywhere on the property was immaculate. Some areas were more rustic than others but all were very clean and in great shape!! This is a smaller boutique type all inclusive resort. If you are looking for something a little more quiet but still having all the amenities, this is the spot for you. Most of the rooms are ocean facing, and there is enough variety in room choices to meet most everyone’s needs. This is definitely a spot we will be returning to!!"

"This place exceeded our expectations. We loved the size of the apartment and the amenities it had. E.g. kitchen was well equipped, hair dryer in the bathroom. Everything was clean and modern, and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was great for cooling off in. The location was great. In walking distance from a few beaches, a large supermarket, a variety of restaurants, and the old town."

"This hotel was at least 4 stories and no elevator. Room was dirty. Garden view was a view of a trash covered area with feral dogs. We checked out and went to the Holiday inn across the street. Much better."
