"This is such an underrated hotel. Quiet, friendly staff and the gym is actually loaded! It’s a two star hotel but really it acts like a three star. Breakfast was quality even though it was a continental which can be hit or miss but it was solid. Fresh food coming out constantly! Room was functional with great tv options. Shower felt amazing too after a big day. Thank you team for a great experience!!"

"We went there with my husband and toddler. Location is only a few minutes away to sites in London like the Children's Museum, Covent Market and Eldon House. Plenty of parking. The building seems newly renovated and clean. The bed was comfortable and the layout of our room, including a kitchenette overlooking the seating area and bed was efficient and spacious. However, our sink had difficulty draining so it was a bit annoying and gross to look at. I didn't like the designs of the washroom where the sink is an open area. Overall, our stay was pleasant. The breakfast buffet was also a nice touch with some hot food as well as continental options. Very good seating at the foyer to enjoy your meal with family."
