"The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort. One bad thing I can say is that if you wake up before breakfast starts no one will help you in the dining room...

"This resort is world-class at a very affordable rate! The facilities are updated and modern and the hospitality staff is outstanding. The hotel offers three meals a day including a 5-course chef-prepared dinner every night! The resort is focused on wellness and relaxation and is located in a beautiful area of Austria.
