I had a couple of mishaps (one where i lost my room key, another where I contacted Delhi belly) and the staff were helpful and supportive at entry turn. They even came into my room to check that I was okay. I appreciated the staff and enjoyed my stay. "

"Easy transfer from airport 30 minutes, even with bad traffic. The plumbing does tend to rattle and be noisy which can be a problem during the night. Breakfast not v.g. Have had lot better breakfasts, very basic. Couple of good restaurants, cafe opposite does far better breakfast."

"Beds were too low to ground, but staff were so helpful and nice, all smoke decent English. Internet worked great. Same family owns there on same street all with same name sunstar which can get confusing for swiggy orders. Door security was amazing and well tipped along with entire staff. Such hardworking, honest and grateful staff. Definitely a safeguard place"
