The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the location is great (on a quiet street just off Orchard Road), and our room was super comfortable with a high ceiling and full wall-to-wall window. "The staff were knowledgeable and very helpful, nothing seemed to be too much for all the reception staff, friendly and welcoming. The location to the MRT was great, just a few minutes walk. We were worried it may be too far from the airport but it was just a twenty minute taxi ride( depending on time of day) and the cost didn’t break the bank. Reception staff provided great service at check in and with any enquiries during my stay.
