"Our stay at Hilton Garden Inn was disappointing, to say the least.
The only positive was the lobby—it’s inviting and nicely updated, and we were greeted politely by the night clerk upon arrival. Unfortunately, that’s where the good experience ended.
The room itself was the complete opposite. It had an old, unpleasant smell, and the flooring in both the bathroom and entry area was sticky and grimy. The entire room felt unclean, and you can absolutely tell when a space has been properly cleaned—this one hadn’t.
Breakfast on Sunday morning (April 19, 2026) didn’t improve things. The tables were dirty, and instead of cleaning them, the server seemed more focused on staying busy with anything else. The overall service was unwelcoming, and the food appeared reheated rather than freshly prepared.
Cleanliness is the bare minimum for a hotel stay, and this location missed the mark. Definitely not the standard you expect.
