This place was great. The staff was so friendly, and they made the best omelets and breakfast. I truly felt right at home. We were traveling from Northern California to move my daughter out of her dorm in Mississippi and made a pit stop in Texarkana so we could visit our grandmother the next morning in Pine Bluff. James was very informative and welcoming. The lobby was decorated in beautiful decorations for Christmas. A lovely sight after driving for 8 hours! Clean room, hot shower and Joe's pizza was delicious. Order a dessert, its worth the extra money

Rooms were fine. Was told our room was on floor with construction but wouldn't affect us. We walked by workers sanding drywall with masks. It irritated our eyes and we had dust on our clothes and feet. There was no carts to take our luggage in the morning which meant three trips through the dust. Under no circumstances should we have been subjected to those conditions. I want a refund of my money. Totally unacceptable. The service desk was polite. The rooms were good on a positive note.
