The apartment was clean and we loved the terrace, we really enjoyed the street performers and music every night. The staff is very helpful and nice. "With it's entrance hiding down a secure arcade, this was a little tricky to find, but felt safe with the bell and cameras (and gates closing after dark). It's right opposite a church where markets seem to happen so on the weekend there was a DJ playing music each afternoon from 2pm until around 7pm. We opened the window to enjoy it. The street is busy, and metro stations are close and convenient. Room (304) was a good size, with a HUGE bed and the bathroom seemed to have been recently...

"This is not the place I'd recommend for anyone to stay. The lack of communication with the staff was horrible and it made the whole experience worse. There was no one available to let me in the room when I arrived and I was told to return later that day. After I did, I was let in by a cleaning lady. The person who rented me the room was not available. She stopped responding to my messages and stopped communicating in the middle of the night. I was to request a fan, which was not brought to me...
