"The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Guest Service agents were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Lukas. The layout of the hotel was really great. My wife and I's rooms and my parents room were right by the elevator which was great because my mom didn't have to walk far. Despite the location of the rooms they were both really quiet. The bed was great! We loved the location of the hotel as it was close to Frontwave Arena which we attended a concert. The only thing I hope...

The amenities were nice to have so many options from swimming, 2 jacuzzi’s, 3 bbq grills, roof top sun deck & a viewing deck! It was fun to play ping pong & pool as well as enjoy the quiet library. Best of all it was right across the street from the beach and walking to many shops in Carlsbad Village! Thank you."

"The hotel was a pleasant stay and very clean. There was the usual wear and tear you’d expect in any house or building, but nothing bad at all. The staff was nice, and the front office helped me right away when I forgot my key very professional. It was a great first hotel experience and I would definitely stay again. It’s not far from the Oceanside Transit Center and nearby plazas. The rooms were comfortable and the entertainment options were great."
