"This hotel is of average quality with no coffee or tea in the lobby. Breakfast is poor, not enough food for everybody. I brought my own bagel since there were none on 3/5 of the days I stayed. The attendants didn't speak English. I asked the room to be cleaned two days ago, but it wasn't cleaned until the last day of my stay."

"I've stayed at Aloft Downtown Dallas on 2 occasions and have no regrets! Check-in is a breeze and the gentlemen at front desk made me feel "at home". Rooms are comfortable and I loved the modern, boutique design. Check-out was quick and easy. Enjoyed chatting with staff as they were decorating for Christmas and learned a bit about the history of the historic building that had been restored for the hotel. Highly recommend!!"
