Kids No sitting on or looking out of your windows or they will panic and threaten to call police on you and also ban you from the hotel! The owners are not American and very strict they’re not very children friendly here very rude when it comes to children here or wanting to eat breakfast inside your room that you paid for ! "

"AC struggled to keep the room cool. Carpet had not been vacuumed in a while. The black out blinds did not cover the entire window so the room was bright at night. No Kleenex, no coffee for the keurig and only 1 light worked in the bathroom.Free breakfast consisted of oranges, apples and bananas. Plus the elevator was out. Really unhappy with our experience. We won’t be back. "

"The service was terrible. I paid for a suit and was given a regular room. I called Expedia and no one could help me. The hotel never had a manager onsite (at least the 5 times I walked to the desk and asked) and Expedia wouldn’t do anything to solve the problem except for trying to communicate with the manager who was never at the hotel. The front desk staff just kept saying “we can do anything for you because you booked through Expedia” and Expedia kept saying “we can do anything for you because we can’t get the manager on the phone”. I want to be reimbursed for the difference in rooms and, really, an apology from Expedia. The second person that I spoke on the phone with from Expedia hung up the phone on me because I didn’t understand what my options were and kept telling me to keep calling back until they could get a manager on the phone. I didn’t check out because no one reimbursed my money and I had no money to pay for another hotel. It was horrible experience."
