"We flew into Vegas in the evening at the start of a road trip up to Utah and through Arizona. This meant heading north on the i15. The hotel is 2 minutes away from the i15 north so it was perfect for us to get a good start. Staff were polite and helpful and we had a good choice of items at breakfast. Bed was super comfy and I think the shower may have the most water pressure of any hotel I've ever stayed at. It was like getting a massage. Loads of free parking and good free wifi"

"There is a Chik fil a and starbucks near the elivators by the rooms. There is a claim jumper restaurant neary as well. Staff was kind. It was a bummer not to be able to see the tank closer but the weather was cold. Valet staff were great. Bellman was a bit inpatient. "

"Oasis at Gold Spike definitely interesting. Its location is great- on Ogden and 1 block from the craziness on Fremont. I stayed in the Gold Spike building on 3rd floor. Gold Spike is a 24/7 bar and club, but I never heard sounds from the club at night (i heard car sounds which are ubiquitous in LV); the bar is great- indoor and outdoor sections with many legacy bar games- all free or reasonably priced. Sat night seemed to be a little crowded but typically the space is not crowded at all- inside...
