"Room was great. Very comfortable & clean. Zoe was excellent at check in, was very helpful & nice. All staff were great. Breakfast area very clean & had excellent breakfast spread. Bed & pillows were great. Clean bathroom with good water pressure in shower. (Shower screen is no way wide enough & water from your elbows escapes to the outside floor) but was no problem...just don't understand why it is so narrow!! Anyway, all was good & definitely would stay again. Location is perfect."

"The whole stay was not too bad. But we found the set up of the bathroom so weird! Lol You have to go around the toilet bowl to go to the shower! Breakfast wasn't too bad but they kept running out of things and coffee was cold so ended up ordering barista coffee which was quite disappointing that guests don't get any discount."

"This hotel has been our go to in Canberra for years because they have an indoor pool that the kids love. However recently they seem to be neglecting their facilities. They have closed the sauna for "safety" reasons. Which is highly disappointing given that a sauna is big draw car for a Canberra hotel, especially in the winter months as a stopover on the way to the snow. The pool was not well heated. The hot tub was not hot enough and was not even full - it was about half full. The kitchen staff are surprisingly unknowledgeable about their own products. A family member has a peanut allergy and one of the kitchen staff claimed that they did in fact use peanuts, including to sprinkle them over the pasties of a morning. Upon further interrogation at breakfast the next morning, we discovered this was actually not accurate and the kitchen did not use peanuts. The food is very good. The rooms are clean and comfortable. However the rest of experience is currently on the decline. They could use some additional investment in their facilities."

"The toilet was not properly cleaned……behind the toilet seat in full view….wasn’t searching…..looked like it had missed a few rounds. First thing I saw in the toilet was a pubic hair. Was in tower two the week before, definitely felt cleaner, better, slept better…."
