"Needed a room for the night in Sheffield for myself and my 11 year old granddaughter as she was playing in a football tournament . The Ibs was spot on for the job . Clean etc . Only small downside is no offsite parking , but 5 minutes was not a problem to us but maybe others."

"A nice modern hotel. Clean and comfortable on a main road that will allow you to travel out to a bunch of different riding and hiking spots conveniently. Staff were friendly and as mentioned it was lovely and clean. Only recommendation would be to bring some earplugs if you’re a light sleeper and you happen to be in a room looking out on to the road. The windows are thick but seemingly not enough to block out noise from passing vehicles. "

"For a budget hotel as it states then yes all good, the only thing I would class as a negative is the additional parking charge that is then charged at check in, which then they only accept card payments no cash on site "

"Very new hotel so it was pristine. The reception staff, bar staff and breakfast staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and very clean. We would definitely stay here again."

"Room was dated, toilet not flushing properly, leaking from the stack. Colleagues friendly and efficient. Nice walk on footpath to Clowne, and Greenway to Creswell."

"A lovely place but unfortunately let down by rude staff, bad room placement and broken air conditioning. There was a wedding taken place and the music went on into the night, between this and the broken air conditioning, our young baby was disturbed through the night. We contacted Gary the nightporter who was helpful and explained they knew it was an issue and to raise it with management the following day. We contacted management by email in the end as no one was available the following day. I was contacted by Vicky, who did offer a tokenistic 20% off on future bookings but implied I had lied about all issues and failed to respond when I queried her approach. Really disappointing, at over £200 a night - we got no sleep and our baby really didn’t enjoy the next day owing to his discomfort in the night. A real shame that it could have been resolved so easily with effective customer service and a kind manner."
