Staff offered us discount vouchers to local restaurants, and gave recommendations as to what to do around town. She also taught us some basic Bulgarian, extremely nice. "

The breakfast in the morning was affordable, and excellent! So many choices! They made us really good omelettes. Our stay was very short, but it was a lovely hotel experience. "The hotel is very old, and the furniture was broken. The air conditioner was also not working. The food and drinks were not good at all. It makes no sense that this hotel has such high ratings online. We had to check out the next morning because they couldn't repair the air conditioner and didn’t offer to change our room. We couldn’t imagine spending a second night there with our baby. He spent the entire night crying because it was too hot, and opening the windows wasn’t an option since it was very noisy outside.
