The free breakfast was served on an ancient stone table, hotel also served a wonderful dinner, it was delicious! Entire place was like a giant storyteller, the ancients buildings and its exhibitions brought you back a thousand years. A beautiful garden and courtyard with partially existing cloister ….. the hotel location also very close to the Portuguese only national park, Peneda-Gerês National Park, not far from Braga. Ideal location between Portugal and Spain! "

Most importantly, the location was unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown. Everything from restaurants and shopping to major tourist attractions was just a short walk away. Overall, this hotel was fantastic, and we would definitely stay here again."
