"The hotel was clean, tidy and comfortable with staff who were helpful. The rooms were small, but adequate with all the amenities you would expect, and breakfast is included. But its greatest assets are price and location. Yokohama Park is just across the road, while Chinatown is quite literally just round the corner. Both Yamashita Park and Yokohama station are only short a short walk away. Ideal for one night stays."

"Peaceful Onsen, not a tourist hotel, which is just what I wanted. Clean, simple rooms. a blissful stay. I am an american english speaker and found using translation apps, and following the lead of those around me very helpful. The "rules" are different than other hotels I've been too- e.g. : you need to check in and out to leave (but the process is usually quick). Very kind, welcoming place.
