"Our only regret about our stay at this hotel is that we cannot give it more stars. The menus were innovative, the rooms spotless and extremely comfortable, the facilities (including pool and Wellness Centre) luxurious; but above all the service levels were the highest we have ever experienced. All of the staff were friendly and communicative, all prepared to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction. Should we revisit Gran Canaria we will undoubtedly choose to stay at the hotel again and...

"Arrived before the check in time but we could leave our bags and use the restaurant/ bar etc which was good. Nice big pool, bungalows were nice and the overall area was well kept. We could use the sister hotel across the road which also had a nice pool and was a bit more shelter as there was a storm when I visited! Taxis are nearby as are buses so it's easy to get about. "
