An aging property badly in need of updating! Rooms are small and often noisy. Plumbing can be a bit dodgy. Location is great. Breakfast is very disorganised and it often took as long to get all that I wanted for breakfast as it did to eat. Also, breakfast time is advertised as “until 10:30am”, but they don’t mention that at 10:30 staff put off the restaurant lights and start to make guests feel very unwelcome.

Half board food had plenty to choose from, but nothing was more than expected. Salad selection super fresh. Beds really comfortable, and location near the Yumbo was super convenient. As a solo traveller I found this was perfect for me, during bear carnival week. The hotel is beyond inclusive and I felt very welcomed and at home here. Its true that some of the hotel needs some TLC, cosmetic touches and structural repairs but nothing major. Also surprisingly quiet considering its location to nearby nightlife and restauarnts etc. This has been my 2nd visit and im sure ill be back.

Feels a bit harsh not to give it as what I going to moan about really can't be helped It's situated on a main road so being on the balcony can be noise and down by the pool you are getting fumes from the road. It's centre based tho so to be expected. Room was great and clean - didn't find it dated like some suggest. Plenty of sun loungers and staff especially housekeeping where very friendly. Suppose the question is would I go back there and the answer is yes. Supposedly a star rating lower to a local hotel within the same brand. You wouldn't know it. 👏 Breakfast was the buffet was all know and love these days.
