"The Townhouse was the best place we could have landed upon our arrival to Scotland. Our room was immaculate & the bed was very comfy, which we needed with the big time change. Allison was a wonderful host & breakfast was delicious. We loved exploring the area... it was located on a quiet residential street, but still within walking distance of many good restaurants & shops. We would not stay anywhere else upon our return to Ayr. Highly recommend this lovely boutique B&B!"

"I love staying here, the staff are super lovely and a special mention to Nancy. A lush welcome back. The rooms are stunning although there was a small hole in the linen for the bed, Towels were a little meh Shower did not have even warm water in the morning although the taps did. It’s a beautiful location with lovely staff so I would stay again on this basis"

Excellent lunch / dinner spot around the corner called the Tudor~ Homecooking at its best! Best Fish & chips, Lasagna and Cottage Pie! "

"Beautiful hotel set in amazing grounds. Staff were so friendly and immaculately dressed. Room was large and well equipped with everything you required for a comfortable stay. Hotel is close proximity to Ayr town centre. Breakfast was exceptional with a great choice and was of great quality products. First time I have been at this hotel but already planning a return trip. "Double room (not huge) with ensuite shower / toilet. Towels provided. Room was 3rd floor (tight stairs) . Very clean , nice hot shower. Breakfast was delicious with masses of toast. Paid £162 via a booking site (tried to book direct but was dearer -work that out...) for a 2 night stay -that's £81 each for room and breakfast -bargin. 4minute walk to a spoons pub ! Would stay again."
