Although the property lies in a beautiful setting, it’s important to note that it takes at least 30 minutes to get to Lugano and the lake by car. "I really could not fault this stay. We checked in late due to a late flight and they went out of their way to make sure this wasn’t a problem. The location was amazing with great views. The room was large and the breakfast was excellent and changed every day. I honestly could not rate this hotel high enough, nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. "
